"We had the great pleasure of staying at the chateau during New Year week. The accommodation was first class - we stayed in the Leopard suite which was elegantly decorated, spotlessly clean and had a terrific view of the gardens via the balcony. Other rooms in the chateau are similarly impressive, and we spent many hours in the lounge relaxing infront of the huge open fire. Stephanie and David were the perfect hosts - making us feel like the chateau was our own. We ate out in Montlucon in some of the great restaurants there, but the highlight for us was the celebration meal Stephanie put on for us one evening with delicacies from the region - sensational!"

"On our stay in Europe we stayed at multiple chateaux in France. After a long drive from Barcelona we arrived at the Chateau du Ludaix late at night; one of the most beautiful chateaux of our stay. The hospitality and warmth felt by the owners was exceptional and beyond compare. The chateau was more than we imagined with its fairy tale qualities and history. We were catered to hand and foot, but felt like family. We thank you so much for such an amazing stay that will have a permanent place in our hearts and memories!"
